Today is my 22nd anniversary of being on this earth. To celebrate this fact I purchased beautiful cream trousers in Topshop for €64.00.

exams are not going to plan. In so much as I’m failing all of them! weigh in tomorrow after my second last exam- but I went back to basics with slimming world plan so hopefully all goes to plan. Can’t wait to be finished and have the freedom of a normal shop and not the SU shop!!! only fruit available in apples and bananas! I’M GOING TO EAT SO MUCH MELON WHEN IT’S ALL OVER.

Six pound loss in my first week! Delighted with myself. I’ve been feeling better and more comfortable in myself even before I was weighed last night. Had a nice little ‘rough and tumble’ on Monday night and I didn’t worry about my body at all that night or the next morning.

super dooper hungover today even though I only had 5 or 6 drinks last night, and my cure this morning? not a dirty big chicken fillet roll, or a fry, or pizza- 2 weetabix sliced up banana and ice cold milk- OM NOM NOM NOM

I don’t know what’s going on,
All I know for sure is that I dreamt of San Francisco again last night.
Day three of my slimming world journey, looking forward to seeing the results. I keep moaning about my weight but I think this may actually work in my favour. I have one of my best friends there beside me so as we can support each other and share recipes, the weekly group that we meet with are really fun and down to earth people which makes it a lot easier, and I’ve set my target weight loss at roughly 3 stone, but I’ve also set myself mini goals within that so as to award myself along the way to my target. Only time will tell, but I’m pretty excited !!!
just smiled at a very handsome boy in the library. I don’t know whether he thinks i’m drop dead gorgeous or he’s smiling at me singing along to the red hot chilli peppers californication…. i like to think he wants to have my babies
for my new years resolution i’m simply going to try and retrace my steps and get back to the person I was. she was deadly. lets go back there. that’ll be fun.

Lying in bed imagining 20 years from now. I am with my family, that is my husband and children. It is Christmas day and it is filled full of joy, love, peace and happiness. I hope everyone’s Christmas was as fantastic as I would have hoped for mine. Merry Christmas.

i hate that i can smell it on my hands all the time. the way my clear nail varnish turns that yellow colour. i can’t stand the way smoking has become a part of my identity. i hate the way my car smells. i hate the way i spend so much money on them. i hate that horrible smell my breath has after a night out. i hate the mountains of empty cartons that lie around my car. i hate the feeling on my teeth. i hate the panic i feel when i can’t find a lighter on my 15 minutes break. i hate that smoking is now something for me to do when im bored. something for me to socialize over. i hate that i cant even have one drink with out craving one.
i have to stop, as much as i love it.
sometimes when shits gets you down you have good friends, family and colleagues there to rely on.
Other times, when you try and vent they roll their eyes. When you try and talk their problems are bigger and worse then yours. You do favors for them which directly fucks you up and they make smart comments. Then sometimes people just blatantly ignore you, let you deal with your own shit when you’ve covered their asses to the point of being called a slut and a whore.
So it gets to the point where your sitting in your car crying. for the third time today.
and no one gives a shit.
